As winter is approaching fast, manging the time becomes a headache. Keeping in mind this very problem of general people, Ask.com has developed some helpful short cuts for AskCity.
The changes can be seen in the form of:
- Embeddable Maps
- Reroutable Maps
- ZIP Code Business Search
Now AskCity users can embed their mapped results, easily into their blogs, web pages, etc. Just click on the "Embed" link at the top-right of your AskCity results page, and you get some HTML code that you have to paste into your web site and blog.
You get the direct route to where you want to go with AskCity's Maps, but now with the the AskCity maps, you can also change your route manually and AskCity will recalculate accordingly.
Moreover, if wants to search for a place with a certain ZIP code, AskCity gives an outline of the entire ZIP code.
So, this is quite an improvement made by Ask.com for local search.
