Venessa Fox has reported about Googlebot crawls in one of her latest posts on http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/. In her report she says that when we look at Google's cache of a page we can see the recent date when Googlebot last retrieved that page. The last date when the content of the page had been fetched up was previously listed for the page's cache-Venessa Fox revealed. This meant that even if someone visits a page very recently the cache date may appear older if the page do not get new inputs. It was a big problem for the Webmasters in determining Googlebot's most recent visit. That is why focus is directed toward changing the date for the cached page to show when Googlebot last accessed it- Venessa added.
