Bing has added a new functionality in the Ad Preview and Diagnostics Tool in Bing Ads. Now advertisers can log into their Bing Ads and preview their ads to know how they look on mobile devices as well find out why their product ads are not running.

Preview Mobile Ads

To see whether their ads are serving on a mobile device, advertisers can simply input their search term and select the mobile device option from“Advanced targeting options” before they click on the preview button. The tool supports five operating systems including Android, iOS, BlackBerry, webOS, Palm and Windows Phone.

Diagnose Product Ads

Advertisers can now also identify reasons and receive feedback from the “Product Ads” tab in the diagnosis table, if at all the Product Ads are not delivered in response to a search term. Advertisers can click on the short summary in“Reason for not showing” column to know the reason. The reasons may be due to a low quality score or other setting which includes insufficient budget, low bid amount, negative keyword or wrong targeting.
