Bing has introduced a new feature aimed to make "Pinning" to Pinterest easy.

The new feature "Pin to Pinterest" allows users to pin a Bing image search result directly to their Pinterest board.

Bing team revealed that the inspiration for the feature came from the lifestyle and design bloggers, who were invited to the campus last fall to understand their search & social media habits. The invitees talked about the pain points, which further stimulated the team to design a feature that will overcome the challenges users come across while searching for high resolution, original images.

The new feature aims to save time and remove the need of having an extra bookmark in the browser to pin the images.

Users can directly pin the image to a specified Pinterest board and it will get automatically linked to its original source along with proper attribution.

The Bing image search tool will further give a search advantage with features like sorting & filtering images on the basis of size, layout, color, and more.

All users need to do is; go to www.bing.com/images and search for a picture, click on it, hit the Pinterest button to pin, sign in once, and pin it on the desired board.
