You can use the Data Export API to request data from an authorized Analytics profile user and also refine the result on the basis of query parameters.

Microsoft recently made an announcement that it will end its adCenter Analytics beta program for everyone. As far as the exciting users are concerned, they will no longer have access to the program after December 31, 2009.
