In the present scenario, forums and blogs prove to be the common platform for customers outreach and public relations communication. This activity seems to be the common practice of Search Engines such as MSN, Google, Yahoo!, and Ask. Search portals have already provided many examples to other major corporations, teaching them how to use the Web effectively to conduct public relations efforts.
