Some are saying that the perks were not good, some faced disappearing fringe benefits, some are saying that there is too much bureaucracy and others are saying that they were ignored like anything…
These are some of the reasons that the former Googlers have to give on their exit from Google. It all started somewhere in the year 2008, when Google HR set up a private thread to know the reasons as to why ex-Google employees left the company.

According to Techcrunch, some of the posts at the thread are positive and some are not!
"…Frankly there isn’t a whole lot here that you don’t see in other big companies."

One person sums up the whole issue in the following manner:
"Those of us who failed to thrive at Google are faced with some pretty serious questions about ourselves. Just seeing that other people ran into the same issues is a huge relief. Google is supposed to be some kind of Nirvana, so if you can’t be happy there how will you ever be happy? It’s supposed to be the ultimate font of technical resources, so if you can’t be productive there how will you ever be productive?"

Seems that Google is no more a dream job for many!
