Facebook is all set to launch its new ad campaigns structure which will incorporate ad sets to the previously existing levels of advertising- campaigns and ads. It is believed that the introduction of the new level will make it easier for the advertisers to organize and optimize their ads.
The new structure can be categorized as follows:
- Campaigns: Campaigns relate to the objectives of the advertisers. They are designed to optimize and measure results for each objective across different ad sets and ads.
- Ad sets: Available in all campaigns, they can be arranged to represent audience segment. The ad delivery system will optimize delivery for the best-performing ad in an ad set.
- Ads: Found within the ad sets, they feature different images, links, videos, or text. You can still control the creative, targeting and bidding at the ad level.
The change will be rolled out on March 4 and will be absorbed in all the interfaces- Ads Create Tool, Power Editor, Ads Manager and Preferred Marketing Developers. All the ad campaigns will be automatically transferred to the new structure as soon as the change is executed but it will hardly affect delivery, ad spending, historical data and performance of the existing ads.Facebook All Set to Make Ad Campaign Structure more User Friendly!,
