Facebook has announced that their news feeds will now be grouped on the basis of the topics that are discussed.

Facebook declared these changes on their Facebook account, “We want to show you the most relevant and interesting information, and this test is designed to show you trends among what your friends are saying.” This suggests that, it will work in a very similar way to the grouping that takes place when same link is shared by multiple of your friends.

So, this is what your news feeds will now look like:


You will notice that the grouping is not uniformed as, only one of the above updates has a link of Harry Potter attached to it, rest of them are just feeds that mention “Harry Potter.”

This new feature seems to be creating quite a buzz amongst the Facebook users, with over 6,099 Likes and over 2,799 comments. However it's not all good news for Facebook, as many of the users do not seem to be very happy about the recent changes.
