The new update from Google will let you find photos and connect with friends, events & places more easily in your Google+ photos. It will now be easy for you to search for photos of an event that you recently added or to find your friend's wedding pics. Moreover, Google team has also started using computer vision and machine learning features that will help in automatic recognition of general concepts like food, flowers, and more.

You can try the improved photo finding feature by signing in the on and searching for my photos or my photos from the picnic in 2011. Google+Photos also has the same feature.
