Google has added two latest services to the 'More' menu, that is blog search and the newly-released patent search. This might just be a test run by Google as the above search options are not visible to all.
Blogs have become very popular so they deserve a special search link on the homepage. But giving patents a special space on the home page sounds a bit strange. Well! Who can argue about Google tactics. They might have seen an opportunity hidden in the patent search link. But giving blog search a special link on the homepage has surely won welcome comments from bloggers all around the globe.
