Google has a good news for Google publishers. The search engine giant has announced the integration of Analytics statistics in the publisher toolbar. The toolbar is available to those using Ad Exchange, AdSense or DoubleClick for Publishers. This will help publishers to access insights right from their site pages.

Google Adds Analytics Statistics to Publisher Toolbar Extension in Chrome

Along with giving publishers blocking controls as well as an up-to-date information on how well the site is performing, the Publisher Toolbar now offers more insights on user behavior powered by Google Analytics.

This will help publishers in understanding their users as well as shaping the audience development strategy with more insights into user demographics and traffic sources. They can also find out which are the most popular sections among the users on the pages through In-Page Analytics. When viewing the information on Chrome, publishers can easily access the new data directly from your pages.

Google Analytics is integrated by default, thus there’s no need to turn on the functionality manually.

The Publisher Toolbar can be downloaded from Chrome Web Store.
