Google has added a new status insights icon to AdWords. Now users will be able to see the approval status and potential policy limitations for each individual ad creative. So, users can now easily know which of their ads were approved, which were not, and also why they were not approved. The new feature will be useful for people placing ads in restricted categories of the company’s advertising policies.
As Google is quoted “To use the new status icon, simply hover over the speech bubble in the Status column of the Ads tab next to the ad of interest We’ll tell you if the individual ad is showing for the default keyword and location displayed in the hover. If you would like to re-diagnose the ad with a different targeted location or keyword, you can edit the parameters from right within the hover.”
As per Google, the new icon will supplement existing ad diagnosis tools, like the status hover of the Keywords tab. What do you think of this new icon? Do share your views.
