Earlier Google AdWords had added some languages to their Beta Web Interface, now the news is that the search engine is expanding its Opportunities Beta Test to help the advertisers find more cost-effective options for their campaigns.
The new expansion will cover the additional U.S. Advertisers and also the advertisers from the U.K. and Australia. This is said that the Opportunities Tab helps advertisers get a quick overview of Google's customized keyword and budget ideas for their campaign
you are on the Beta, you will not see a tab for AdWords tool now. But it does not mean that the existing AdWords tools are gone, they will stay in a different place. You will need to just click on the Opportunities Tab and then scroll down the sidebar to find the lists of campaigns that will appear on the sidebar on the left.
