Google Analytics users will now receive a notification if their website gets hacked. In the same way website owners will get malicious software alerts via Google Webmaster Tools. According to Google’s online security blog, Google Analytics users will now get automatic notifications letting them know when malicious software has been identified on their site.

In addition to this, for user-comfort and for protection of users across internet, Google also expanded its Safebrowsing efforts. According to a post on its security blog from earlier this week, Chrome users will now be warned if a site contains nefarious downloads or content. Google has also inculcated new signals to identify deceptive websites, and is thus disabling Google ads that take users to hacked websites.
