Google announced on Google+ that they are asking for feedbacks on their Google Webmaster Tools for user experience study. This is probably taking place to make the tools more user friendly, logical and easier to use.

Google wrote :

“We want to conduct a quick user study about your experience on the site. We welcome people of all levels of experience to participate. If you're interested in filling out a questionnaire or participating in a one-on-one video hangout, sign up here http://goo.gl/forms/5VJYKP15Gw

Google Asks For Feedback On Google Webmaster Tools!

The questions that Google asks in this questionnaire includes "why you used the homepage, how you navigated around, and what issues you may have encountered."

This will be done over in a short Google Hangout or a questionnaire they send you. You can let Google know about the problems you are facing or suggestions about the Webmaster Tools.
