Google has announced a series of integration into Google Now, the voice controlled digital assistance. Waze-powered traffic reports is the major addition that will let Google tell you the best route and also warn you of the delays in between. The update is available for Android app.

While the "News topic card" will alert you about interesting headlines, "Website update card" will fetch you updates from a blog. "What to watch card" will give movie or TV recommendations. Users can also set repeat reminders, get rugby-scores in real-time, and also see when their package is ready for a store-pickup.

A more natural, conversational tone has been introduced with the update that will help you deal with the phone and give your phone the ability to ask for clarity, in case of multiple options. All this can be triggered with the word "OK Google".

The new Google Experience launcher is also present in the code of the Google Now update. By sideloading a file "GEL" you can avail benefits that were earlier available only to Android 4.4 KitKat users.
