Google has now launched a free app for iOS and Android devices for AdWords Express in the US. The AdWords Express was introduced three years ago to help local businesses in creating effective campaigns.

Advertisers can use the AdWords Express app to run their business on the go. AdWords Express has helped businesses perform in a better way. The calls that the advertiser receive can be tracked back to their ad with the call reporting feature.

When a customer searches from the phone, they can get driving directions, the option of calling the business or simply visiting the website in just one tap.

When an advertiser selects their business category, AdWords Express ensures that customers who are looking for related topics see the advertiser's ad. Advertisers can now add products as well as services mentioned on their websites as keywords if related to their ad. Google has also added more negative keywords for excluding any unwanted searches that means a lower cost for advertisers. It helps in the improvement of the click-through rates of ads.

Google has also mentioned that in the coming months advertisers will see more improvements in the app.
