Google AdWords has added copy and paste feature to the Web UI of AdWords Editor.

The Editor is a great tool for editing and building campaigns & ad groups. At times, webmasters just want to break up an ad group, copy keywords, or clone a campaign, which will now be easier with copy & paste feature.

Users can now copy keywords, ad groups, ads, or even entire campaigns. The option to copy paste is present in the Edit menu drop down. However, Ctrl-C/Cmnd-C and Ctrl/V/Cmnd-V shortcuts can also be used.

You might see "Copy to" instead of "Copy" in the drop down and may not see option to "copy keywords as paused", shown in the above image.

While copying keywords, users will be prompted to select the campaign and ad group where they would want to copy the keywords.
