Google AdWords rolled out Enhanced Campaigns to easily manage cross-device campaigns In AdWords. Enhanced campaigns will help search marketers have a more sophisticated control over their campaigns, by being able to manage all campaigns that are targeted to different devices at one level.

Google AdWords further explains on their official blog how Enhanced Campaigns will help a person smartly manage the ad campaigns in today’s multi-device world. “With enhanced campaigns, instead of having to cobble together and compare several separate campaigns, reports and ad extensions to do this, the pizza restaurant can easily manage all of this in one single place. Enhanced campaigns help you reach people with the right ads, based on their context like location, time of day and device type, across all devices without having to set up and manage several separate campaigns.”

With Enhanced Campaigns, Google is pushing marketers towards direct mobile and smartphone marketing. However, after a period of time, this update will pose a win-win situation for marketers, users and ofcourse Google as well.

The search marketers will have an option to switch to enhanced campaign settings. And we advise that you should switch to this new update because by middle of this year this update will become a mandatory option for all. Better get a hang of it now!
