Google has launched hashtag search, which will enable users to see Google+ posts using the hashtag at the right side of the regular search results.

Only the posts that were shared publicly or with you (if you are a Google+ user) will be visible in Google search. By clicking on the post, users will be taken to Google+ from where the search is reproduced.

Links from other social networks such as Twitter and Facebook for the same search will also appear at the bottom.
