Google has announced that businesses which participated in the Google Business Photos service will now be able to show their interiors quite like in the Street View way. This new exposure on Maps will help businesses put their best foot forward before searching customers, who would get to see what a business looks like from the inside with panoramic imagery.
Now when you are searching for a restaurant with photos on Google Maps, take the Pegman and draw him over the map. The restaurants with photos will now pop up with orange dots. Then you have to do as Google says, “Simply drag and drop the orange Pegman on the left hand side of your screen onto an orange circle on the map. Voila! You’ll be virtually transported through the doors, and able to pan around and explore the interior of the establishment.”
So what do you think of this functionality? Will it make it easier for customers to choose where they want to spend their money? Do share your views.
