Google Modifies Navigational Search Results

Apparently, Google has modified the way of handling navigational searches. Upon searching a site's name, (which is navigational) Google now shows different type of result set. In the past, Google only showed one result and gave options such as find similar pages, see the cache, links to the page etc. Now Google seems
to be matching it as any other search on the keyword phrase. This means the search would include links to possible competitors as well.
