After the recent update for Android app for Google+, the team has now released the newer version 4.6.0 for Google+ app for iOS.

iOS app users will now get the updated notification tray and location sharing feature. Users will now be able to share their location with another user using circle-level controls. Along with this, they will be able to control who is showing up on the map inside the Google+ app.

The update has got something for the photographers too. The videos and photos can now be uploaded in full resolution. The feature is however restricted to devices running on iOS 7.

Google integrated the Google Translate to Google+ in order to add inline post and comment translation. The same technology has been integrated to Google+ app for iOS now.

All the search functions for communities, posts, people, and photos have been integrated in single search box. The update will make it easier to navigation the application.
