Google+ is on a roll with its new features, ever since it went public. In a nutshell, the new features involve popular content, Google+ Ripples- which are analytics for public shares, creative kits for photos and accounts for Google Apps users. Google+ Supports Apps:
The wait has finally ended for apps users. Google finally announced the integration of Google+ and Google. This how Google explained its usage, “Once Google+ is turned on, your users will just need to sign up at google.com/+ to get started. For customers who use Google Apps for Business or the free version of Google Apps and who have chosen to automatically enable new services, Google+ will automatically become available to all of your users over the next several days.”

The search engine giant has also given instructions regarding the integration, so that the Google App administrators know exactly how to enable this service.

The New “What’s Hot” Feature:
This new “What’s Hot” feature from Google is all about the popular content on Google+. Users get to know what is being discussed the most, and hence be a great help to those, who scrounge through their Circles to come across interesting discussions. brings popular information from around Google+ to all users. 'What’s Hot' is located underneath your new posts and you cannot miss it as it is a standalone stream on on the left hand rail of Google+. Clicking on 'What’s Hot' will lead users to the most viral of content on the social network. Those wishing to expand their network can directly add others to their Google+ circles. The New Google+ Ripples:
This feature is for those who are always tracing the viral stuff. So if you wanted to know how a post was shared on Google+, the progress of the link from user to user can be seen in the click of a mouse.  The Ripples displays the data in a very user friendly way, and the user has to simply click on a post to see its entire history. Unleash Your Creativity With The New Creativity Kit For Google+ Photos:
Now, users can experiment with their photos with the new  in-depth filter and effects engine, that is being launched by Google+. You can think of this kit as Google+'s own Photoshop. You can apply filters along with text and images, and saved. The video explains more:
