Google has decided to say good bye to “Converted Clicks” in March 2017 after 15 years. The announcement was made on Google+.
They wrote, “Conversions” give you everything “Converted clicks” did, and much more. For example, “Conversions” can take advantage of non-last-click attribution models and different counting options in addition to measuring important actions like cross-device conversions and store visits.”
“Most advertisers already use “Conversions” as their primary reporting metric and are not impacted by this transition.
