Last month Google announced that they will show null quality scores for new and underperforming keywords in AdWords on 12th September, 2016. Google has now pushed the date of rolling out of null quality scores to 10th October, 2016. Till then advertisers will continue to see quality score new and underperforming keywords.
In a Google+ update this news was shared. Google says they have pushed the date to give users more time to review their reports, rules and scripts that rely on Quality sores.
“To give advertisers more time to review their reports, filters, rules, and scripts that rely on Quality Scores, null Quality Scores will now roll out the week of October 10th, 2016.”
As of now the default score of 6 is given to a keyword, when its quality score can’t be determined.
