‘Google SearchMasters Conference 2009’ for Indian Webmasters

Google SearchMasters Conference 2009

On 28th February, Google India is organizing the Google SearchMasters Conference 2009 for the Indian webmaster community. The Google Bangalore office has been decided as the venue for the conference.

The conference will throw more light on issues as how to use Google’s webmaster resources and different support tools to improve a website’s performance. There will also be presentations on Google Custom Search Engine, building websites for mobile phones and Google Analytics.

The agenda at the conference involves the following topics and speakers:

  • Webmaster Central and Best Practices: Adam Lasnik (Google’s first search evangelist)
  • Webmaster Help Forum: Koti Ivaturi (Part of the search quality team at Google and Google webmaster Help Forum)
  • Google Custom Search: Rajat Mukherjee (Group product manager at Google, working on the Google Custom Search platform.)
  • Building Mobile Friendly Websites: Ankit Gupta (He is working on making our mobile products discoverable and accessible.)
  • Google Analytics and Website Optimizer: Dinesh Jain (A Google Analytics Specialist)/Deepak Kumar (Part of the Google Analytics team, Deepak works on Google's Website Optimizer.)

Attendance for the event is by invitation only. The invitations are being sent by mail. However, an attendee can bring on another person whom has to be requested and approved beforehand.
