There are several reports across SEO forums about another toolbar PageRank update by Google. Some report that they've got a PageRank drop down to zero score while for others it's a decrease of 4 points or so.
Some webmasters report that the issue may be because of the duplicate content. Back in November last year there were reports that the sites being hit were those which sell or buy link.
