The search engine giant announced on Google+ that from the original English language, they have converted and translated their 5 steps to the mobile friendly sites into 5 different languages. The PDF of the English version can be accessed here.

You can visit here to see the other languages. Go at the bottom of the screen and change the language drop down. Then look for the PDF link in the bottom gray box. Here are the new supported languages; Korean, Japanese, Chinese (traditional), Chinese (simplified), Indonesian, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Polish, French, Spanish, and German.
