The feedback form found at the bottom of search results has been quietly updated by Google. There's a link "Send feedback" present at the bottom when you perform a search on Google. It takes you to a form page wherein, you can give Google a feedback related to the search that you have just performed.

But now, the form will appear as a pop up, above the search results.

Google Updated the Web Search Feedback Form!

The new interface is simpler and cleaner. Moreover, it helps the searcher in remembering what the search results looked like, while giving the feedback.

The Google Webmaster World moderator posted his thoughts on the up gradation of Web Search Feedback Form and said:

"The feedback form is simpler now. Before they used to have an overlay of the web page that allowed you to mark what part of the page you didn't like. Now it's just a simple input box where you can enter your feedback. There was a time they were asking for your Gmail account, too. Glad that's gone.

The overlay blew up on me and prevented me from giving feedback about the SERPs. Glad that's gone, too. This new version is best; it's uncharacteristically simple and easy to use for a Google tool".
