Google has updated the Google Webmaster Guidelines. Many changes have been made in the content outlining the illicit practices that may lead to complete removal of site from Google.

Content has been divided into General Guidelines and Quality Guidelines with basic and specific guidelines. Out of this only General Guidelines have been updated, though not much seems to have changed here as well except some rewriting and rearranging.
