As far as I understand it Cuil has dedicate servers per subject and when some of the servers got overloaded then they pushed queries over to servers that are not qualified to provide relative results. So with an estimated 50 million searches (which rivals live.com) on day one many of the Cuil servers were overloaded and some even went down. So try back when the traffic has died down in order to make an informed decision about whether or not
