Google's GMail team resorts to many strategies to keep the users engaged, around mid last year they decided to “stitch together†users' videos, see: Create And Submit Your GMail Collaborative Video. The latest video stunt from the team has been to ask the user to submit videos telling their tales about the experience, and they have got ample responses, which have been compiled on YouTube.
In the official GMail post they claimed, "we're still listening — whether you have a bug to report or a feature to suggest. It keeps us motivated (and entertained) when we hear stories about what you've done using Gmail."
However, the YouTube webpage says, "Has Gmail helped you do something interesting or productive? Make a video about your Gmail story and post it as a response." It seems there is no scope for videos which report a “bug†to be posted ever!
Needless to say, the compilation is only of of those videos which glorify Gmail. If you want to tell your tale then you can do so through mail here.
