Jason Shellen, who has worked with Google since 2003 has finally decided to leave the company after all. The announcement was made by him today. During his four and a half years of work profile at Goggle, he has worked on numerous projects like Picasa, Reader and Blogger. Undoubtedly, the most notable amongst them is Goggle Reader. He also served as the New Business Development Manager there.

He joined Goggle as part of the Blogger acquisition team along with five other people. This six member team worked on the Pyra Labs and were Goggle's first acquisition team. But he could continue working in that team for much long and went forward to start his own product, “Google Reader” which is presently the beat web-based feed reader. He has described his experience working at Google as very amazing.

After taking some break from work, Jason Shellen will plan to set up an entrepreneurial business. Whatever be the reason of his leaving Goggle, but definitely the company will feel his loss. To show his respect for the company he prepared an “infographic” that highlights some of the things that took place during his time at Google.
