Mark Barrera advised to get list of keywords via Google Webmaster Tools, Analytics from other search engines and competitive data that includes SEMRush and Google AdWords Keywords Planner. He told to run exact match PPC campaigns and ensure ads on first page. Mark further said to download all organic search keyword data into one Excel workbook as separate sheets and combine all metrics with a Pivot table.
