While the winters and the snowfall is in full fury and the adrenalin rush for boarders and skiers is on its peak, Live Search has come up with relevant weather reports for those who plan to go out skiing on their favorite locations and mountaintops.
When you search for a ski resort in either the United States or Canada you would be provided with the latest available reports about the condition, so that you can accordingly plan your trip and don't meet up with any surprises which could thwart your trip. Moreover, the links to the resort's site and a link to a map are also shown.
See below for the report for Whistler in British Columbia.
Apparently, weather conditions are shown only when they're relevant. For instance, if you search for "blackjack" it might not appear with the reports as most people may not think of skiing when they search for blackjack, even though it's a mountain in Michigan. So what to do? Try specifically asking for the snow conditions, "Blackjack snow report" or "current conditions at blackjack" should do the trick. Moreover, to make sure that the reports are relevant they are not shown unless they have been updated in the last 24 hours.
Further, you can even search for conditions in your favorite ski area (e.g. snow at Lake Tahoe) or state. As an illustration if you search for CO snow report, it shows top resorts in Colorado with new snow and base depth information.
To ensure that the results are compact, only the four mountains with the most new snow are shown automatically. It is quite a possibility that the location you're interested didn't show up, in that case there's a link to the complete snow report as well.
