Ever since Randy Falco became the CEO, several senior officials at AOL have either left or are planning to leave. Reason? Perhaps, abrupt change of control. According to the officials there, Falco's appointment indicates that AOL
shall be sold off next year. Also they believe that Falco does not have any intention of focussing on developing new products or even becoming a software kind of CEO like the previous one, John Miller.
Washington Post reported that Falco said, "I think it's too early for us to say with any certainty in terms of future layoffs. I don't think I see any more layoffs more than have already occurred."
