Marissa Ann Mayer, Vice President of Search Product and User Experience at Google is in news, yet again.
According to the reports by Gawker, it looks like Mayer will be leaving the company very soon.
She joined Google from Stanford's graduate computer science department in the year 1999 and quickly grabbed the role of Google first ever female engineer. She works part-time as a computer teacher at Stanford as well.
In a recent interview she talked about the future of the company, hence contradicting about the rumors from her side:
"We think that when you look at the winning search engine in 2020 and what traits it's likely to have, we think the one thing that will be true is that it will understand more about you the user."
