I've started trialling MSN AdCenter as an alternative to Google Ad Words and so far so good. I expected a few gliches at first, especially as Microsoft has been pushing it at a big online ad show in London for the past two days. Also, as you'd expect with Microsoft, they're unlikely to get it right first time around.

From an ease of use perspective, it's pretty much up there, and for those looking for a first mover advantage, because its new all those expensive keywords you've been bidding on with Google can now be bought for a fraction of the price. In fact, please everyone, take your time, stick with Google...

The best thing so far though, free telephone support. for novice advertisers that's got to be better than waiting for Google to reply by email.
