Microsoft adCenter that looks after MSN's advertising services has been criticized for wrong billing. DigitalPoint Forums has a discussion going on the issue. Matt purchased a $100 promo but used an additional amount of $11. The adCenter supervisor has ordered him to pay the entire bill of $111, instead of $11.
Fazed Matt says, "I still haven't heard a thing from Microsoft, and it's been 48 hours. I have a feeling I won't be using adCenter again anytime in the near future…"
Shall we conclude, the adCenter staffs don't know how to bill correctly or is it an unforced error?

Hopefully they can quickly and respectfully clean this up. They don’t need another screw-up on their hands like they do with this whole “gift laptop” deal.
The recent adCenter fiasco is yet another slap to Microsoft which has been widely criticized for its move to lure the bloggers by gifting them AMD-equipped Acer laptops to popularize the newly launched Vista Operating system. Rightly said, Microsoft should not take the adCenter incident lightly. Otherwise, it will bring down company’s tarred reputation even more.
