Back in the month of May, we had informed our readers of the new Microsoft Live Search Cash Back Service, that offered cash backs to consumers that would perform a search on 'MSN Live Search' and then make a purchase.
Now, Microsoft has announced the launch of a new limited time promotion offer known as Back-to-School Deal Days for Live Search Cash Back. This promotional offer encompasses numerous retailers and promises to provide huge savings for the customers. The promotional campaign will be for a limited time only during this month.
According to Microsoft, “After the holiday season, back-to-school is the most important shopping season of the year. However, a recent survey from Deloitte found that during this back-to-school shopping season, 71 percent of households plan on spending less on back-to-school items than they have in previous years. With consumers feeling financial strain from higher gas and food prices, Live Search cashback is offering back-to-school shoppers extra savings to stretch their dollars further.â€
As of now, some of the retailers participating in this program are Barnes & Noble.com, Overstock.com, Sears, Foot Locker and Zappos.com and the list will growing. The consumers will be sent an e-mail, when they qualify for the cash back along with the Live Search cashback savings. Microsoft will release the cash back via PayPal, check or direct deposit into a bank account.
