Moreover, the monitoring tools such as MozCast are showing volatility signs that are higher than the normal. The temperature was:

And Matt Cutts’ tweet has further triggered the entire thing, where he is seen talking about an update that is being pushed out for over multiple weeks. Here's what Cutts said:
