The AdSense feedback form has been changed by Google. Earlier a click on "Ads by Goooogle" link would open a special page. But now there is a product promotional page. There is a link at the end of the page which reads ' Send Google your thoughts on the ads you just saw '. A DHTML form opens through this link where you can write the feedback on an ad and tell Google about violations.
