A Tweet from Google has laid all speculations to rest about the Panda Update as they confirmed that a new refresh was made on the 25th of June. As per the Tweet, this version- Panda 3.8 will affect “only ~1% of queries worldwide”
Usually one expects a monthly Panda refresh but this update comes within three weeks of the previous Panda Update on June 8th.
