There is much buzz in the online world that Google will soon be launching a Google Music Store, or GMusic, which may compete with Apple iTunes.

ZDNet’s Garett Rogers recieved this leaked email from one of his inside sources:

* “Google Music” is not going to be the final name. There are a few names on the table, including “GMusic” and “Google Tunes”. I can’t say either is a huge improvement.

Google All Set to Add Features to AdWords

Google AdWords team is going to release a new ad scheduling features that will allow advertisers to schedule the ads to show on weekends or weekdays only, or on other set days the advertiser specifies. It will enable them to schedule their ads during specific hours, such as to run late at night or at lunchtime only.

Google AdWords advertisers will now be able to display video ads across the AdSense network. These video ads will be in a click-to-play video format. So the ads will not be not be too obtrustive or intrusive of the user experience. These ads will be available as both site targeted ads as well as on a keyword basis. However, publishers will not be able to opt out of ad format.

First, as with all AdWords ad formats, video ads will compete for placement on sites in the Google content network with other text, Flash and image ads — and, as with our other image ad placements, you can choose to bid on a CPC or CPM basis.

Yahoo! Publisher Network has introduced the option of receiving payment by direct deposit for publishers of their contextual targeted ’search’ advertising system. This option allows these publishers to receive their earnings 10 to 15 days faster than before as deposits to bank accounts occur on the 25th of each month.

However, for all new publishers direct deposit will be the default mode of payment method.
