Two threads one of Webmaster World and other of Search Engine Forums are discussing about effectsof placing all your sites in one Google Webmaster Central account. The arguement have a positive and negative angle. Using one account for all sites can be useful to you as Google will give you higher ranks if you give them more and eventually win their trust. But it can be harmful also as Google knowing the owner, can devalue votes and links from one site to another in your Sitemaps account.
