Michael said that in 2013, there's no excuse for bad content because there are too many cost-effective resources available. Having a content strategy with diversified content types will work in your favor. Michael also discussed the tools for content planning, how to find good ideas for content, data collection sources and more in the session.

Ben's focus was on creating immortal content. From Viral content to Link Baiting, and Content Marketing, there's been series of changes in how we serve content. Ben shared tips on creating the type of content that audience would want to share. He advised to create an audience in mind, use graphics, have an eye on repurposing, choose the right medium, make shareable content, and plan a niche strategy to launch the content.
