You can now set your AdWords account for any time zone you choose. Scheduled reports now begin running (at 1 a.m.) in the local time zone you set for your AdWords account. In addition, for those using an MCC account, scheduled MCC reports begin running (at 5 a.m.) in the local time zone of your MCC account.

Earlier, all AdWords accounts were set to U.S. Pacific Time, the time zone at Google headquarters in Mountain View, California. But now you can pick a different time zone for your account if you wish. The official "working day" for your account, including all billing, reports and statistics, will be from midnight to midnight in the time zone you set.  Time zone can be set once only.

To schedule reports, you have to complete the Create Report form and then set it to run automatically every day. While on demand reports can be run  whenever you choose to do so. If you don't adjust your account's local time zone, your scheduled reports will continue to run just as they have in the past, in Pacific Time.
