Google recently launched critic reviews for local businesses. Publishers can promote their content on local knowledge Graph cards by incorporating structured data to their sites. Users can then view the reviews and opinions.

Critic reviews can be seen across mobile, tablet and desktop, thus increasing the visibility of the reviews and the exposure to the audiences. At present, only English reviews are supported in the US and very soon other this support will be extended to other languages and countries.
